Add the Lifetime Warranty and if your Puffsoles split, delaminate or lose their cushion through normal wear, we send you a new pair. No time limit, no receipt hunting — it is attached to your order.
What it covers
- Sole separating from the upper
- Seams or stitching failing
- Cushioning collapsing under normal household use
What it does not cover
- Pets, scissors, and other deliberate destruction
- Wearing them on gravel, hiking trails or as outdoor shoes
- Normal fading or fluff flattening on the upper
